Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via Email and SMS, allowing you to track your shipment throughout its journey.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier service disruptions, public holidays, natural calamities, government regulations, or other factors beyond our control.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.

If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, a ₹150 reshipping fee will apply if you would like the order to be shipped again. If you choose to cancel the returned order, a ₹150 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
