Return & Refund Policy

At PUMPINGTIGER, customer satisfaction is important to us. As all our products are made to order, all sales are final. However, we are happy to assist with size exchanges and replacements for manufacturing defects under the conditions below.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We recommend reviewing the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

Size Exchanges

We offer one-time size exchanges on all products, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are only available for a different size of the same product.

To request a size exchange, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your Order ID, the size you received, and the size you would like to exchange for.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The exchange can only be requested once per order.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchange Fees

A ₹150 return pickup fee will be charged for all size exchanges. This fee covers the reverse pickup arranged by our courier partner.

Exchange Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your replacement will be processed. The complete exchange process typically takes 10 to 15 business days.

Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality check before an exchange is approved. We may be unable to process your exchange if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, or used.
  • The original tags or packaging are missing.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

If the returned item does not pass the quality inspection, it will be shipped back to you.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To initiate a replacement request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • An unboxing video
  • Clear photos showing the defect
  • Photos of the original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Size Tolerance

All garment measurements have an acceptable manufacturing tolerance of ±0.5 inches. This is an industry standard and is not considered a manufacturing defect. We recommend referring to our size chart before placing your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the order is returned to us:

  • A ₹150 reshipping fee will apply if you would like the order to be shipped again.
  • A ₹150 restocking fee will be deducted if the order is cancelled, where applicable.
